Shipping & Delivery Terms

Tulsi One LLP operates a decentralized product distribution model through its network of Franchise Stores (PUCs) and Depots across India. We do not offer direct-to-home delivery or online product ordering through our website at this time.
This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how our products are made available for collection and the responsibilities of our Franchise Stores, Depots, Advisors, and Customers.
 
Order Placement

  • All product orders must be placed offline either:

    • At a Franchise Store (PUC) near you, or

    • Through a registered Depot affiliated with Tulsi One LLP.

  • Orders are typically fulfilled on-the-spot or within a reasonable pickup window, subject to availability.

  • No online purchase or home delivery facility is currently provided by Tulsi One LLP.

 
Product Pickup

  • Advisors and Customers must personally collect the products from the selected Franchise Store or Depot.

  • It is your responsibility to verify product quantity and condition at the time of receipt.

  • Once products are picked up and acknowledged, no claim regarding physical damage, shortages, or incorrect item shall be entertained.

 
Delivery Timelines

  • While most products are available for immediate pickup, certain bulk orders or out-of-stock items may require additional lead time.

  • In such cases, the Franchise Store or Depot will provide an estimated delivery date, which is subject to logistics and availability.

  • Tulsi One LLP shall not be liable for any delay caused by factors outside its control, including transportation, stock shortage, or force majeure.

 
Responsibility for Delivery

  • All responsibility for delivery lies with the Franchise Store or Depot where the order was placed.

  • Tulsi One LLP only supplies goods to these channel partners on a principal-to-principal basis and does not engage in direct shipping or home delivery.

  • Any logistics or transport services offered by Franchise Stores/Depots are outside the purview of Tulsi One LLP and governed by their own terms.

 
Non-Delivery or Discrepancies

  • If you face any issue related to non-receipt of paid products, please first contact the respective Franchise Store or Depot.

  • In case of unresolved disputes or fraudulent conduct, a formal grievance can be lodged with the Grievance Redressal Cell at Tulsi One LLP (see details in our Grievance Redressal Policy).

 
No Courier / Logistics Liability
Tulsi One LLP does not:

  • Provide any courier or delivery service to end consumers or Advisors

  • Accept liability for delay, loss, or damage during transit if delivery is handled by third parties arranged by the buyer or the Franchise Store

  • Offer tracking numbers or shipment updates

 
Legal Disclaimer

  • By purchasing from a Tulsi One LLP Franchise Store or Depot, you agree that:

    • Title and ownership of goods pass to you at the point of physical handover

    • The responsibility for handling, packaging, and delivery lies with the channel partner (PUC/Depot)

    • Tulsi One LLP shall not be held responsible for logistics claims outside its direct supply chain
