Returns & Refund Policy

At Tulsi One LLP, we are committed to providing high-quality products and a fair redressal process for all our Advisors and Customers. This Returns & Refund Policy is in compliance with the Consumer Protection (Direct Selling) Rules, 2021 and outlines the conditions and procedures for returning goods and claiming refunds.

 

Applicability

This policy applies to all products purchased through authorized Franchise Stores or Depots of Tulsi One LLP or the company itself.

Tulsi One LLP does not operate an online ordering or delivery system; all returns and refund requests must be routed through the original point of sale.

 

Conditions for Return

Returns will be accepted only if all of the following conditions are met:

  • The product is in Saleable Condition, defined as:

    • Unused, unopened, and undamaged

    • Not expired or discontinued

    • Not seasonal, promotional, tinted, or altered

    • Marketable and capable of resale

  • The return request is raised within 30 days from the date of purchase.

  • A valid purchase invoice is submitted along with the product.

  • The product was purchased directly from an authorized Franchise Store, Depot or Company.

 

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products damaged after purchase due to mishandling or improper storage

  • Products without original packaging, labels, or invoice

  • Free samples or promotional items

  • Products sold under clearance, discount, or bundled schemes

  • Products purchased from unauthorized channels

  • Products specifically tailor-made, tinted or project sales

  • No partial refunds are permitted under any circumstance. Only full, unopened, eligible goods are returnable

 

Exchange Option

Wherever possible, Tulsi One LLP may offer a product-to-product exchange in place of a refund, especially in the case of wrong item issued or batch variation. Exchange is subject to stock availability and inspection.

 

Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed only after verification by the Franchise Store or Depot and approval from the Company’s backend compliance team.

  • Refunds will be made to the original mode of payment or credited to the Advisor Wallet (if applicable).

  • Processing time: 7–14 working days from the date of acceptance of return.

  • Any commission, incentive, or bonus already paid on the returned product will be deducted or clawed back from future payouts.

 

Return Procedure

  1. The advisor or customer must approach the same Franchise Store or Depot where the purchase was made.

  2. Submit a Return Request Form with:

    • Original invoice

    • Product(s) in Saleable Condition

  3. The Franchise Store will inspect the product and issue an acknowledgment.

  4. The request will be escalated to the Company’s central return approval team.

  5. Upon approval, the refund/exchange will be initiated.

 

Company’s Rights

Tulsi One LLP reserves the right to:

  • Reject any return that does not comply with this policy

  • Withhold refund in case of suspicion of misuse, fraud, or policy abuse

  • Amend or modify this policy without prior notice, as per applicable laws or business needs
