Tulsi One LLP does not guarantee that every Advisor will earn income through the Compensation Plan. Individual earnings will always vary based on personal efforts, team-building capacity, product sales, compliance with the Code of Conduct, and overall market conditions.

Key Disclosures:

Participation in Tulsi One LLP’s business opportunity is voluntary and not a job or employment.

Advisors earn incentives, commissions, or bonuses purely based on the sale of products and in accordance with the Tulsi One Compensation Plan.

No income is paid for mere recruitment or registration of other Advisors.

Actual earnings may be zero if no business activity is undertaken.

High earnings shown in examples or testimonials represent exceptional results, not typical outcomes.

All income is subject to TDS, statutory deductions, and company’s payout policies.

Advisor Responsibility:
Every Advisor is responsible for:

Operating ethically and in accordance with the Tulsi One Code of Conduct

Avoiding exaggerated or misleading income claims

Providing this disclosure to new recruits or prospective Advisors

Maintaining complete transparency during product promotion and business discussions

Compliance Warning:
Advisors making false, misleading, or unverified income claims (in person, online, or through any medium) will face strict disciplinary action including suspension or termination of their Advisor status, and forfeiture of commissions under Rule 8(2)(b) of the Consumer Protection (Direct Selling) Rules, 2021.

This disclosure is mandatory as per Indian law and must be read along with the Compensation Plan, Advisor Agreement and code of conduct.
